Thorne is an independent development studio working across London and the South East. We take on complex, often overlooked sites and turn them into homes and workspaces with lasting character.
We develop with our own capital and keep hold of much of what we build. That changes the arithmetic: materials chosen to weather well, generous shared spaces, and streets that still feel cared for in thirty years.
